  Not just for members, the fiance and I went to Oakhouse for dinner.  Try something new, we thought!!  Let's be spontaneous! ..And I'm glad we did.
  
  The burgers were absolutely delicious, big tasty buns - I had chicken with swiss and he had a big bacon burger.  The service was friendly and accommodating.  I like the TV's and the nice but relaxed bar atmosphere.
  
  Only thing.. the waitress recommended their fries over the homemade chips, and boy was she wrong!!  I LOVE fries..at times they are my veggie for the day.. and they were nothing to write home about.  Skinny, plain shoestring fries (my least favorite kind). However, future hubby got the homemade chips and they were seasoned and scrumptious.  Good thing he likes to share.  :)   (Or pretend.)
  
  If prices were a tad cheaper, I think we could come here often.  
  As for now, it will be a once in a while, albeit enjoyable, occasion at Oakhouse.

  I love this place!!!  Every time I stop in here I'm amazed it's not over flowing with patrons. Maybe because it's tucked away in a neighborhood on a golf course?   If you don't golf year round or live in the neighborhood you probably wouldn't know about this little gem.  They also have banquet rooms for events with a beautiful view of the golf course.  We just celebrated my Mom's 85th birthday there and Nikki had our lunch table decorated for a queen!  My Mom was so surprised, Nikki went way out of her way to make her feel like a princess.   Of course the food was great, the service was out of this world and the bubbly flowed .  They aren't open too late so call for their hours.  Steak night is awesome, prime rib night packs them in, and I think the only they're missing is a wine & paint night!!!   Check this place out, bring your friends, make some friends, you won't be disappointed!!

  Saw that the delivery fee on uber eats was $2.50 so I decided to give this restaurant a try. I golf at oakbrook and live in the neighborhood  and I will not be eating here again. I got a rymo burger with tator tots and 12 wings with ranch. It arrived in plastic containers that melted from the oil on the tator tots and didn't want to open because they fused together. The tator tots tasted oven baked and plasticy from the container. The burger had a very cheap bun that had gotten very soggy. I live 2 minutes from the restaurant so delivery time isn't an excuse for the buns being soggy. The patty was huge which is good but was a little charred which overwhelmed the flavor of the burger. But the worst part of the meal was the wings... hands down the WORST wings ive had in probably my entire life. The texture of the wings was stringy and chewy. With a hard layer of skin to bite through. The sauce had absolutely zero flavor and the ranch that I git with it was very watery and also flavorless. Overall I gave it 1 star because I couldn't find anything about the meal that I liked.

  Nice restaurant and bar in the Oakbrook neighborhood! Have tv's to watch sports , not just golf! Nikki, the bartender/server is always so happy and pleasant. Food is very good and the Sunday breakfast is a good value. Enjoy coming here. A gem in The Oakbrook neighborhood!

  Excellent food every time we come. We can't understand why this place isn't packed. Good bar menu, happy hour selections and wonderful dinner entrees. Blake, our server, was perfect.
